Come enjoy the wonderful projects from all students here at Palisades! The annual Celebration of Learning is being held tonight from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The fourth graders worked on research projects to display at this event. Each of five groups in our class researched a technology, and the impact it has (or will have) on Hawai'i. The topics we researched were: solar power, wind power, the Mauna Kea telescopes, the Hawai'i Rail Project, and space tourism. The topics Mr. Takase's class researched included hydroponics, and aquaponics, among others. We really hope you enjoy sharing our learning.

ReplyDeleteHello Miss Lilli! I am also a fourth grade teacher in New York State! My class is looking for other fourth grade classes from each of our 50 states. We received a letter from another fourth grade class from West Virginia and they asked us to participate in a "Mail Race". We would exchange information about our states, town, school, student population, etc. If you are interested, Please get back to me as soon as possible with your school address so we can send you our packet of information. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
