Today was our third day at school! We continued reading The Secret of Robber's Cave, and have now met all of the main characters: Jeff, David, and Claire (and their dogs: Tessie, Rascal, and Yum-Yum). We also had our first music class today. The students in our class has such lovely singing voices! After reviewing how to sing a scale (Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti, Do) we warmed up our voices. Our class voted to sing along to the Whites Stripe's version of We Are Going to Be Friends.
One problem in the story is that Jeff and David think that the McCoy brothers are on Lost Island! The solution is that David had a big hole in his pocket and all the rubbish that David and Jeff thought was the McCoy brothers was actually their rubbish.
ReplyDeleteOne problem in the story is that Jeff and David get stuck in a cave and David drops the matches in a puddle and the whole cave was dark and
ReplyDeletestill! David got the shovel from his backpack and stated to dig a hole in the roof.
One problem in the story was that when Jeff and David went to the island

they made a flag out of a white shirt. When Claire came to the island she
saw the white shirt she and helped Jeff and David get out of the cave and
left golf balls on the floor so she wouldn't forget where she came in from.
One problem is that the gate was open, the boat was gone, and they found a candy wrapper on the ground. The solution to this problem is that when they came to Lost Island they found nobody there. .Jeff and David thought that the Mccoy brothers had gone to the Island. They wanted to keep them off the island because they might start telling everybody about the island and they might start telling everybody at school then everybody at school might come to the island and start finding the gold. Thats my problem and solution for this story.
ReplyDeleteHello students I will tell you about the Secret of Robbers Cave. The problem of the story is they find a missing foot on the island. The solution was the missing foot was of Mr Well Back's great great grand father the sheriff. He was looking for the robber. And Jeff and David found Mr Well Back's great great grand father sitting there in the cave. And in the corner with no foot connecting to his leg. And that was the story of the Secret of Robbers Cave.
